I don't have to search it, I KNOW IT.
I also played for a big US team that was LLC and I did pay taxes cause I was a Canadian playing for a US corporation, this made me an "employee". In Canada, gambling isn't taxable. Gambling taxes are paid by Canadians in USA when they win a jackpot or a price, etc. Winnings at Blackjack, Roulette, etc. aren't taxable "on site" and once we get back to Canada, these winnings are free of taxes.
Good for you if you want to seach the "legal" answer. I don't need to search what I already know.
