You are right Ellen. Everyone has the right to say anything no matter who it hurts under the Constitution. They also must endure whatever consequences come from their choice of what to say and hopefully would want to mend fences if they unintentionally hurt people. In the news we see people using free speech in a way that harms others and we see the consequences a lack of using the pen or tongue as a sword in a tactful way brings. ZK is free to be as harmful as he wants with his "sword". Norm is free to ban him if he crosses posting guidelines and others are free to feel what they wish about him for his choice of words. To me I would have no problem believing ZK is just a well intentioned clumsy oaf when it comes to communicating if he showed remorse for the wreck left in his wake. Instead he defends his actions and refuses to see the damage he did whether well intentioned or not. When it is pointed out that what he said was taken as an insult he cares not about apologizing to Moo. An apology wouldn't change what we all know is his opinion but it might change how Moo feels and it would show everyone that it really was unintentional. It is the advantage play. It is too bad so many AP's can understand advantage play when it comes to advantage in a casino but fail to see it in real life.
Now Ellen, I hope you don't share the insulting delivery of ZK message. If you leave it to us to decide rather than post what you believe we must think like ZK you think the $3 a month subscription isn't worth the extra benefits but you want to get the some of benefits anyway and want others who believe in supporting Norm with a minimal contribution to go out of their way to allow you to get some of those benefits. You think Moo and Norm have conspired in a scam. And you think a training program that costs far less than many others is overpriced. I believe the price is a reflection of the more advanced content of the camp. My understanding was the previous camp involved a lot of basic stuff that most people were not interested in. This camp only covers the things that people wanted. They are more advanced subjects that will have a bigger impact on your advantage in a casino. You can prefer a 25% cheaper per pound price for your meat and and throw 50% of the weight into the trash can or you can pay the extra 25% and end up with twice the meat since nothing ends up in the trash. There are many that choose to spend less and have half of their purchase be garbage and others spend more and just get the meat with no waste. The one pinching pennies gets some meat but ends up eating less for each dollar spent. In this case eating less means you make less forever.
I have expressed my interest to Moo and I could probably teach certain parts of the camp. But I want to round out knowledge were I am as clueless as most people or at least feel I should know a lot more. I may not use some arrows in my quiver but it is good to have them when that opportunity falls into your lap. A good AP is prepared in advance. Now, if I think Moo has some valuable info worth the money others that lack my specific knowledge should benefit far more from the camp. I think many such "camps" charge 4 figures. Everyone must make their own choices but if you choose to save $3 rather than attend a camp that you feel is valuable it is easy to see you will fail as an AP. It would be like saying I would love to pay $400 for 50 yard line seats for the big game but then I would have to pay $3.75 for the light rail fare to get downtown to see it. How can I be expected to pay so much just to get there?
I for one am more comfortable attending if Moo keeps security high. I doubt an Email address would compromise things but why risk it. If you express yourself in a nice way perhaps Moo can solve your issues. First you need to pass the vetting process. The $3 subscription fee is on the site to weed out some casino personnel and spammers. Obviously we don't want any of these attending. I know if I had that problem I could solve it without paying the subscription or asking Moo to do anything. It would involve getting someone else to help me but that is what you hope friends would do for you. Whether Moo could vet properly using the path I have in mind is a separate issue. Some people just want everyone else to do the work they should do for themselves.

Speaking solely as a licensed, practicing attorney, I see no "state action" related to the administration of this privately registered website that could theoretically afford any posters an ability to assert any first amendment right to protected free speech on these forum.
It warms the cockles of my heart that our citizens think about our nation's constitution. One need not be an attorney or law school graduate to appreciate its beauty. I would simply request that anyone who seeks to argue that they have rights protected under it (rights are not afforded, they already exist and can only be protected from the government that those people create) which are being violated, should take the time to access it, and understand what it actually states, rather than blurt out inaccurate legal opinions.
Please, leave the bad legal opinions to the lawyers. I may have stayed at a Motel Six, but I know I am licensed to practice law.
btw, this post is not intended as an attack on anyone, but rather a plea to all to read our constitution. It is truly a wonderous document, that has thus far withstood the tests of time.

You lawyers are just as bad as this corrupt government. Not only do you and the judge work together, but you screw innocent people day in and day out when defending a criminal. How many times have I seen a lawyer walk in with his defendant and before the lawyer even speaks, the judge already dropped two charges. Coincidence? I think not. What's profitable for the lawyer is profitable for the judge and of it's not profit, its about being in both parties best interest. You guys are a complete joke and so is this government.
ZK suspended for ten days for politics, many consecutive nasty posts, baseless criminal accusations, and wild conspiracy theories.

Your honor (Norm), I object. I didn't get to cross-examine the witness to prove his sanity, or lack thereof. Oh, and just for the record, I have never represented any criminals, although some of my clients in civil matters might be perceived to be crooked.
Also, I fully understand and appreciate that Norm took action in response to a wide variety of posts that ZKG has made, and that the 10 day suspension was not about any one individual, not me, not Moo, nor Norm, himself. Just the totality of the circumstances. No ego on this end, even if I am an attorney.
Btw, ZKG, when you come back, if you ever need a criminal..., oops, I meant if you ever need a lawyer in Florida, PM me. I'm sure I can find you one. No hard feelings, as long as I get a referral fee from your attorney. You know its all about the Benjamins (great EV for my BR).
