I've heard that response from multiple people. That seems to be the general consensus from the public, "It's illegal."

As far as Batman Ben is concerned, since he has a reputation for being known as a card counter it's know wonder why casinos do not want his business. This is his second incident that I have heard of (even though an old story) where he has not been allowed to play BJ in the casino. Lesson learned, don't admit anything if the casino suspects that your gambling with an edge.
So this means that the best thing that can happen is for a high profile person like Aflac (Affleck) to inform the masses about the legality of ccing. Hope it happens!

Either way he's got problems that I would not want now that he has become "known" as a card counter. Maybe this is the casinos way of advertently steering him back to the poker sharks who lie and wait for his return on high stakes poker tables.

I'd love to have some of that guys "problems". We should all be so fortunate.
He may even consider this whole deal as more of an asset than a liability.

He won $356,000 by winning the California State Poker Championships in June 2004 - defeating some of the best poker players in the world in the process.
