I have been using TKO as my primary count. I've been revising indices to the system to make it more accurate. We all know that Norm's REKO uses one +2 for all indices decision. Setting IRC= 0 in an eight deck S17, DAS, LS 80% penetration the insurance index to take insurance is +29. If I convert +29 to TC when six deck has been played the TC will be 2.5 ((29-24)/2)= 2.5. What that mean is that when the dealer has an Ace show at six deck player and the count is +29 we take insurance. For REKO with one indices +2 how much EV or SCORE does the insurance index gain or lose compared to the KO insurance index? Is the index change in REKO as good as the original KO insurance index?
Common sense might tell us that there might be some lose in EV but never know until we actually simulate it.
