No, no. you've misunderstood. I said depending on the number of people who register I might add a second 1-day workshop on Sunday. I'm not there yet. And I'm not doing a TED talk here, the amount of people attending will not be large and it will not saturate the market. This is a niche thing and I'm not taking ads out on Facebook. I'll have a second day in the event I feel there are so many people registering that if someone asked a question during the workshop they could not easily be heard.
HC is not get rich quick, but giving training sessions and giving away secrets is.
Blackjack training is a bit more understandable. Lots of info and resources out there already, so if people are willing to pay you for training, more power to you as a trainer... HC is not the same, and i think you're giving away too much just to earn yourself an easy buck. Why else would you want to teach secrets not well known at all and help increase the HCing player pool? Only reason is to earn a quick buck.
People making good money at something do not sell their valuable information like this. SMH. ESPECIALLY when selling such information can have an impact on their current conditions.
I guess the money greedy players that retire and dont want to play anymore would be in their best interest to teach secrets to make more money. But it only hurts the pool as a whole.
Sigh. My team didn’t have investors, we backed ourselves and we weren’t that big. I’ve never worked as a paid player, ever.
Of course the goal is to make a profit. I’ve been doing this almost 20 years, and currently still do and I’m selling my knowledge because it’s better than anything online. The climate is different now than 10, 5 or even 2 years ago and I’m taking advantage of that. I won’t hold anything back and at the same time I know the efx on the HC community will be nominal. I’m in the trenches I know what’s going on with conditions. I’m also not retiring.
If I can make a suggestion on the phones, for those worried about privacy:
Turn your phone off, and place it in a sealable felt/nylon bag, that is easily identifiable by you (write your name on it) then zip-tie it closed with something with a hand written tag.
Also place your phone in a RFID bag if you're paranoid about someone spoofing it. Take your SIM card it for extra security.
-My unsolicited input from a cyber security person.
I suggest Miss Brown get a cell phone storage box designed for meetings. If you do a Google search on "cell phone storage box for meetings" all kinds of pictures come up. They range in price from about $25 to $50 on Amazon. Prices can go into the thousands. They have slots where everyone can put their phone. I agree, there should be no phones, but there is a responsibility to also safeguard the phones. I wouldn't be worried about someone stealing my phone as much as someone just picking up the wrong phone by mistake. There can't be a mad dash to the phone box at the end of the meeting.

I was looking online also. A big thing for me is the box having a lid; the goal is to hinder recording of any kind. I’m not a tech/security expert like nighterfighter so it’s easier to get something past me, I think a lid will help. So yeah great suggestion we are on the same page.
