I have a similar problem Fireman in that I track good dealers and rate them and their shuffles. The problem is that they are rotated to various games so often it is hard to catch them on the chosen game on the days I go. Dealers do not know their table schedule until the day they arrive.

Fireman, how frequently are you going to each of these casinos? If you don't visit the same casino frequently enough, then obviously this information isn't going to be as useful (ie: you visit casino X once every 2-3 months). If you visit the casino frequently, then your notes should be useful (ie: visit every 1 or 2 weeks).

I do not have a set schedule for how often I go to which specific casinos.
But RollingStoned, your inquiry got me thinking. There is certainly a relationship between the amount of trips to a specific shop in a given time period and the information usefulness of my dealer notes. On the flip side, there is also a relationship between the amount of trips to a specific shop and the heat that I may receive. I guess, implementing a good act and finding a suitable equilibrium for trip frequency per shop should be given more thought.

I would think that your options on any given day would factoring in how much use you can get out of dealer information. By options I am referring to considerations such as what other tables could you move to in the same casino (do you know anything about those other dealers?) and how much time would it take you to move to another casino (and what information do you have on their dealers)?
