After years of wrangling, the N.J. legislature handily passed a measure that will let the voters decide on allowing a couple of casinos in Northern New Jersey, with some of the money going to Atlantic City. In addition to the large population in the area, New York City receives about 55 million visitors a year, 30% more than Las Vegas. It's a complicated vote for NJ residents.
