Why do you think the young baby boomers liked their casino experience and the millenial youngsters don't. I would say most likely the baby boomers went to the casino and won money on occasion due to better odds at the games and also enjoyed better comps. They were treated like royalty. Today's generation go into the casino and quickly loss their money at higher edge games. Then they get next to nothing back in comps compared to the generation of baby boomers at the same age. The youngsters with money are not stupid. They see the experience has little upside so they don't come back or choose games that have better chances of winning. It is not like they don't liker video games. The casinos are destroying their own future all the time by being less competitive. You need to first keep your clients happy and then do what you can get more clients. The cheapest and most effective advertising is word of mouth from happy clients.

I can't tell you how many times I have a casino give me great offers to try and develop a new relationship with me and when I take them up on their offer to try and impress me to earn my business only to be so unimpressed on that first visit. Then they don't seem to understand why I rarely come back.
