      " ... arrested four times ... Nevada Gaming Control Board."

      Perhaps he always was a cheat ~ that would explain his monumental

      win ~ which I believe doubled in size as his legend grew over the years.


      Anyone have access to the Nevada Black Book with his listed offenses ?

      If ARRESTED several times he would be on the Commission's Exclusion List.


      I recently found same on the Pennsylvania Gambling Commission website -

      replete with photos and summary details of the exclusion.

      With the risk of being viewed as "politically incorrect" I was surprised

      by the list being dominated by women who have left their children

      in their parked cars and casino cheats and thieves of Asian Descent.

      These things almost never go to trial, so Flash to win the bet am I right that he would have to go to trial and specifically be found not guilty?

      If he strikes a plea deal "no contest" and gets probation does that mean you would win the bet?

      I lose if he is adjudicated as "NOT GUILTY."

      The sentencing is moot.

      I think he's already known as a dice slider and that was a big part of how he ran his br up to 40 million.
