Atlantic City has been really trying to get people in there, the summer crowd is important to AC because times are a little leaner in the winter. They've been throwing lots of promotions out there to try and bring them in.
You're absolutely right Tarzan, my only question is that I wonder what they will have in store for the fading crowds once the cooler months start nearing in.
That promotion was genious, it seemed like a suicidal promotion to the unknowing media, and even the semi educated gambler, but in fact they were giving up very little, though revels situation was pretty unique in that they had such a small portion of the market share.
