    Unusual plans to invest $350 million in downtown LV by a new billionaire. Trying to make an actual city out of whatever Las Vegas proper is today. Wish him good luck.

      Many people don't realize that the city of Las Vegas doesn't include the Las Vegas Strip. The city itself ends around Sahara and everything south of it is either in Winchester or Paradise. The Stratosphere and possibly The former Hilton are the only two mega casinos in Las Vegas.
