    A team from the Hard Rock has plans for a makeover. Major construction begins next month. First on the list, knocking down a wall so you can see the pool from the casino. Didn’t Benjamin Siegel try that at the original Flamingo?

      The need to concentrate on the dealers. Only about half of them are "Hooters" girls. Make all of the dealers cute girls that are friendly/flirty hooters girls like the restaurants. Have a few extra dealers on each shift. Make part of their dealing rotation/job walking around the pit and chatting with patrons.
