    Hard Rock A.C. plans have been scrapped. Not a huge surprise. August results in A.C. picked up from August of last year. But, that was partly due to Hurricane Irene last year. Revel just had its best month with $20 million in casino revenue and has increased each month. But, is still well short of the $25-30 million required to break even.
