Luck is nothing more than probability taken personally!
I think I am being misunderstood here... I am not saying anything about beast mode, or superstitions... I am not saying anything about the game being rigged or anything like that... I am just merely have a conversation about my results and asking others opinions...

I have about 600 hours of data, since I started keeping track when the dealer warns me. In that data is showing that I am losing more often than winning when the friendly dealers tried to warn me not to play ... I always record the data when the dealer tries to warn me versus when they do not ... according to my results, the occasional times when the dealer warns me not to play, I will more often than not have a losing session on those days. I know that my play is not altered, because I have tested myself with Casino verite, and I know that 600 hours is not a big sample size, but I am always playing heads up with 200 HPR. So that is pretty much like 1200 regular hours of play at an average table.

I have to add one point. If I go to casinos to play hand shuffled BJ, I have good shoes and bad shoes in fair mix and I see people who won and people who lose, also in fair mix. One thing stands out is that people who play perfect BS, they will have better results than ploppies. If I go to play ASM BJ, on bad nights, 90% of people who count cards or play perfect BS, all lose, and one or two winners are ploppes who don't play by book. This has been going on for at least six years and getting worse in the last two years. It alerts me. I would say from 1990's up to 2012, I feel no different playing hand-shuffled and ASM. But since shuffling machines that can put back decks back to the fresh new sequence are introduced, I sense the cards coming out don't correlate to True Count like they used to be. I usually play at $25 minimal hand shuffled table. Sometimes after a big win, I would go to play $10 minimal ASM table and don't alter my index play at all to see what would happen. The results are almost always terrible so I did this less and less. And now I almost concluded that I should not touch ASM BJ again.
FACT:
Law suits (as in Pennsylvania in 2018) have proven that newer ASM's can read the order of the cards that have entered the machine. They can choose and create a new order for those cards that will leave the machine. This new order is based on a sequence preselected by the computer. Some such sequences are claimed to mimic a random sequence. Others create a factory fresh arrangement of the decks. Other sequences that fall in between these extremes are selectable.
OPINION:
Machines that can read and re-arrange the cards should be illegal.
ANOTHER FACT:
The hand shuffle is the only legal shuffle defined for this game over the centuries.

You say this isn’t superstitious based but that’s exactly what it is, how can the asm be rigged when you self cut? Actually I think I know what the problem is, your probably using all your positive ev on the sim and leaving only the negative variance for the casino

With all the new technology that is available today to all of the multi-billion dollar gaming corporations does anyone think that the gaming protection oversight is now playing on a level playing field? State Gaming Commissions know where their priorities lie, revenue-generating, nothing else. When a state is guaranteed annual percentage payments along with huge license fees, you no longer have an independent body watching for integrity, but a partnership in the business. I think there is far more leniency along with trust that is taken for granted and far less oversight today or what remains of it in the industry. Just when it is now needed more than ever.

Unfortunately this is not the proof. Even 1,000 people or more record the similar data, it is still not a proof. So this belongs to Voodoo forum.
We need an insider steal a rigged shuffled machine and send it to the law enforcement. But if I were the manufacture, I would program ASM to get off beast mode once it cannot ping manufacture online. So this theory can never be proved.
