Never did it in the snow. However, I do recall two times of making love to my wife on top of a hill in the woods overlooking a river in the valley below. I can't remember if it was too early in the year for the mosquitoes to be out, but I do remember one of the times I put my jacket down to lay on so it must of not been to warm. Hell would have to freeze over before she would ever do that again.

Freightman, once upon a time there were several couples that got together to sit around the table and play some cards. After a few drinks, the conversation turned to how great their wives were in bed. All the guys said their wives were great lovers, but this one guy told the truth and said she was a lousy lover. She gives him the evil eye and he immediately shut up.
However, when they got home and he was hanging up his coat in the closet the wife gives him a good kick in the ass. He turns around and asks "what was that for?" She answers "that is for calling me a lousy lover." However, before he could say another word she gives him a quick one two kick in the balls. He immediately falls to the floor in agony grasping his balls. She then says "and that is for knowing the difference."

Why would I ever consider moving? The small towns in the U.P. are always ranked among the top 100 places to live. Not saying just where I live but you can get an idea of the awards the U.P. got from these links.

Anyway, to keep this post somewhat related to blackjack I should mention Marquette has the Ojibwa casino which is located 10 miles outside of Marquette. Right now it is in the process of being remodeled along with a major expansion including a hotel.

This year I started my blackjack play at this casino. It was the only time I played there in 2018. However, I wasn't on a blackjack trip at the time so it was a short session, but still a winner. I would go on to win my next 10 sessions in a row at various casinos including getting stranded at a casino in the middle of April for 4 days due to a blizzard that dumped 30 inches of snow.

Yes, a lot of young folks enjoy the snow. As you get older it is not as much fun especially when the winters last so long. This year our first snow came on Oct. 5th and on Nov. 7th the snow stayed which is over a week early. Last year April 18th was the last day for snow, but because we had such a dumping it wasn't all melted until almost the end of May.
Here is a photo of the April 2018 snowstorm that I was stranded in for 4 days without snow tires on my car. I remember when the storm was first starting I was considering making a 200 mile run for it home hoping to beat it by a few hours. I'm sure glad I didn't. Ground zero of this storm got over 33 inches of snow.

Thanks for your response. I went to college north of I-90 in the east. Once the ground turned white, it stayed that was until Spring. Didn't mind it at that age, especially with everything within walking distance. A nice place to visit, but I wouldn't wan to live there now :-)
