    Oh, I don't know...

Is accepting a misplay cheating? How about a blatant misplay, like 3:2 for surrender? How about accidentally/on purpose spilling a drink on the felt to close a seat?

It's illegal to grab someone's $.30 slot ticket; is it illegal to put your own money in the machine and "absorb" the $.30 for your play?

I would never break the law, this isn't worth it. I have, however, seen many things that would qualify as gray area.

    I agree.
Legal constraints are designated in laws.
Moral constraints are individual. This, of course, provides a lot of leeway. So, I guess that there can be a gray area for some.
Ethical constraints are enumerated by the institution.

That last sentence brings up another question. Has anyone seen or heard of any casino's "Code of Ethics"?
or even a "Code of Conduct"
