    Many casino policies are the opposite of what logic dictates.

    My guess is that they don't want people sitting out hands and jumping back in. Some casinos will also use this excuse to prevent players from spreading to multiple hands mid-game. Being able to avoid several negative hands per hour can make a big difference for a card counter playing pitch games.

    I heard there are two coming. One will be called something like "The Book," a parody of the expression about playing by the book. it will be a basic strategy guide to carny games. Second one will be CAA-like with limited availability and a higher price.
