And that place made me sign a trespass form and made it official. I suppose I could have refused to do so, but the casino was located in a bad neighborhood and the cop was threatening to take me to jail if I didn't sign. Given the amount of money I had on me, I was not really in the mood to go to jail that night.

It wasn't an easy decision for me, lol. It took a lot for me to make the decision to go inside. I had just finished playing another store close by and I was passing this dump on the way home. I had $2K in chips from said dump (from 7 month prior). I carry any chips from my inventory if I know I'll be close to that store. As I sat in the parking lot, I told myself I needed to do something with these chips. Either use them to play or cash them out. After sitting in the car for 10 min, I finally talked myself into going in. I looked around and the conditions didn't look good so I decided not to play. As I was getting ready to leave, that's when I got approached by security.

I am much more selective about the casinos I play in nowadays though.

Ben backed off twice. First one was pretty polite but they asked me not to play any table games (including non-blackjack games). Second time was a shift manager that was very firm and sternly told me to not to play blackjack anymore.

I got an evil stare from a pit boss once after he answered the phone. The phone rang the moment I put my max bet out there. I frantically finished the shoe and power walked out with all my chips in hand. Didn't color up or anything.

Backed off twice when I first started. Both times were my fault as i used no cover and played at the same place several times in one day and rubbed the wins in their face. It has been many years because my cover act and length of play has been finely tuned. Both times they were polite and I was told no more BJ. I was several K ahead at both places spreading from 10-200 and even 5-200 sometimes. I also remained there way too long. The first one I had won 6 times in the same day and got stopped the 7th time before i got a chance to max spread. The other was similar, but I was going there once a day for 5 days winning and when I returned 6 months later got the tap early. Now I don't even get backed off at the sweat joints I read where others get backed off. Much help from here and my cover act is to credit.

    Yes and no.

The night of my back-room experience, I didn't even play. As a matter of fact, I can think of at least three seperate instances where I was 86'd (not related to my play) because my reputation preceded me.

But yes, I assume I caught the attention of someone somewhere, which led to me getting flyered. Getting flyered is what ultimately led to me getting 86'd on at least two out of the three occasions. One of them was due to prior play or a dirty card.

    Not so much actually...

When I'm in the casino, I usually keep to myself and don't go out of my way to interact with anyone. I hate small talk at the tables with the dealer and other patrons. With that said, I'm pretty non-confrontational and I don't show a lot of emotion at the tables either (win or lose). This probably used to be one of my biggest tells... No matter how much money I won or lost, I normally showed zero emotion. But I'm working on that aspect of my play/act. I have had dealers ask me if I was a poker player because they just couldn't read me. Btw... I know almost nothing about poker. I played a little in my late teens and early 20's, but that's it.

I'm obviously shit at disguising my game as I was banned in the UK in the 90s in 90% of the casinos over here. I'm playing again however in the few playable shops here and am still hanging on. I'm not a big bettor.
Was escorted out of the Maxim in Vegas in the 90s too after I ignored their request to stop playing. I'm not a big bloke but they decided I needed three giants to escort me out...

Not a request. An order. Do you understand ?

I suggest that you would do well to sign-up

    with the casino's "self-exclusion" list.
