the figures you give here indicate to me that banking is a losing proposition.
if I understand you correctly, you are paying $8 in order to win 1.3% of $100 or $1.30 for a net loss of $6.30 every time
you do this. it is simple arithmetic that you as bank will lose clearly.
the 1.3% sounds right since bj pays 6 to 5. I would stay away from banking this game according to your figures.
