Playing a double deck game with the rules H17,DAS,RSA using Wongin and play until the shuffle with a penetration of 75% cut off the SCORE exceeds like over 200 playing two hands. How likely it is a card counter will lose in a 4 hours of play?

4 hours back counting may have you playing very little. I have no clue how to answer your question but you need to get a certain number of hands played to get any kind of certainty for your results. I would think the lack of actual played hands in 4 hours would make losing quite likely. Listen to Moo. I would have guessed around there but I stress it would be a edumicated guess. That day I road the short bus to school.
Let's make your SCORE $200 per hour and your hourly s.d. $2,000, which can't be too far from reality. Then, in four hours, you expect to win $800, but with sqrt(4) x $2,000 = 2 x $2,000 = $4,000 s.d. So, to be losing after those four hours is to have had worse than a 0.2 s.d. event, which happens with 42% probability; in other words, all the time!!
