    Both the new and old Zen tables are included with the different TC divisors. The indices come from the two books (with permission). The tables in CV are the tables people are used to -- not the best indices.

    I am sure that if we calculate the index through CVindex we will also get +4. It amazes me that there are still people who blindly trust indices calculated more than 30 years ago. I don't know what compromises were made to get +7.
    In this case the error is not minor.
