    It's a straightforward Casio wristwatch with haptic feedback. How on earth could they prove you were doing anything except wearing a watch ? Any case would not stand up in court if they were even to think of objecting to you wearing a watch which I doubt they would.

    I'm not a lawyer, but your argument is specious. It isn't illegal to walk around with a screwdriver. It's just illegal to use it to puncture someone's heart!

    Wearing a watch is NOT the issue. Using it to time a roulette wheel to predict the outcome of the game will wind you up in jail. Not even worth discussing any further.

    Thank you for your opinion. However, mine differs from yours. (a) why would a casino think of looking at your watch ? and (b) how could they prove you were using it with an illegal intent ?
