    This seems pretty convincing that they won't bar you, based on the claims you're losing 5K at low-limit tables and playing in the state for years without one back-off.

    But I'm far from convinced they can't bar you if they decided to do so. It would seem to be their ongoing policy to not ban card counters, but contract theory doesn't have any application. It's a property issue. Suppose every card counter on Earth moved to Missouri. I don't think there'd need to be a rule change; I think they'd just bring the hammer down.

    I'll agree they won't. Not can't. NJ is a can't state. MO can be the won't state. I don't know any other won't states. Good enough for everyone?
