    Your calculation is one deck. when you are at half deck it would be RC=TC not divided by .5

    Unless I'm missing something. 26 cards left is half a deck.

    I wrote my own index Gen program. Both decoder and encoder are using the same quarter deck resolution because the casinos that I played cut 5.5D/6D or even 5.7D/6D. In my program, 5.43 or 5.61 are rounded to 5.5 to target these casinos.
