Hollywood: Hi, maybe you can help me.
A person I know is going to Las Vegas tomorrow.
They are asking me if I know of any ONE DOLLAR blackjack games. (just recreational)
I have never been to Vegas, so I couldn't help them.
Does anyone know where I can get the info.
Thanks,
Hollywood

Go to the Sahara, right on the north end of the strip. The game sucks (6D, H17, no DAS, two decks cut off), but they always have several $1 min tables. The average skill level of the players is a whole show in itself.
Downtown, you can always find $2 min single deck games at the El Cortez (warning: minor sleaze alert), and $1 single deck at the Western (Big Warning: MAJOR sleaze alert - don't go here late at night).
You can often find $2 or $3 tables at just about any of the downtown casinos during off-peak hours.

Last time I played at The Sahara they had $1 Blackjack - that was about 18 months ago.

Sorry Parker I didn't read your message until after I posted mine about The Sahara - you provided far more information about the game as well.
Best regards
Geoff
