Max: ace count with feet
would someone be kind enough to explain to me how to keep an ace side count using your feet. Just the positions or whatever for the most common method would suffice. (two decks) TY

There are 8 aces in 2 decks, therefore you could start with left foot toe in contact with floor then rotate to outer step, heel, instep for first four aces, then do the same with left foot for next four aces.

The way I have done it is, use your right foot for 1 thru 4, then the left foot for 5 thru 8.
Lean your right foot up on its toes for 1, then back on your heel for 2, then lean it to the inside for 3, then lean it to the outside for 4.
At 5 you change to the left foot and lean it upon its toes, for 6 you lean it back to its heel, 7 lean it to the inside, 8 lean it to the outside.
Hope this helps.

Adam N. Subtractum: I recommend...
...developing your own set of positions that is comfortable for you. Why use some generic set with movements and positions that may make you feel akward executing?
As a side note, I use several *variable* sets of positions and "devices" (I hesitate to use that word) so I'm not following a constant pattern. I'm sure some may find this overly cautious, but I began employing the technique after a friend (a ploppy) noticed how I would start, progress, and end up in the same positions through a shoe, and commented on it. That was enough reason for me to alter my style, though I should mention I'm told I can be a bit paranoid at times.
