An article in the newspaper recently has me wondering what effect an AP's play has on a casino's turnover. The Australian racing industry is currently lamenting the loss of it's biggest bettor, despite the fact that he only bets with an advantage, a loss of approx $1 billion worth of turnover annually.
So my question is, would AP's bets (collectively) have any effect on the turnover of a casino? Or do they represent too smaller representation of the total market?
