Can anyone tell me how to download SBA and the companion calculator? I paid for them via PayPal on Friday Feb 1 and have received no download instructions. (BTW, neither of the email links on the SBA site works.)

One of my friend paid $149.00 USD on 2008/01/29 by credit card,
but, he has not yet received the download instruction for SBA by e-mail.
