CVBJ- Playing six decks. At the end of a round does the program take the remaining cards out of the shoe stack them on top of the ones in the discard tray then shuffle those cards as they stand. Or does it bring a newly shuffled six decks? I hope this question is clear.

Normally it shuffles randomly. If you go to TOOLS-CVShuffle, it will shuffle by a standard casino shuffle. If you have a CVShuffle lcense, it will shuffle any way you want.

Thanks for the response. When it does whatever shuffle it does, where does it get the cards? Is it shuffling the cards from the discard tray?
Or does it just shuffle up a fresh six decks? What I'm trying to figure out is if I'm getting a totally new randomized set of cards before each round, or does it shuffle the cards from the discard tray in a human (not as random as a RNG )shuffle?

Apologies if your first response was meant to answer that I'm not the swiftest current around.

If shuffle tracking is off, no shuffle is performed. Dealing is controlled by the seven bias settings on the Speeds/Biases tab. This provides the ability to present you with complex hands more frequently than you would naturally expect and makes better use of your practice time. If all biases are off, the cards are pulled entirely randomly from remaining cards. There is no actual shuffle at all.

If shuffle tracking is on, all cards are placed into the discard tray according to the rules set in the CVShuffle options. The animation of card collection accurately displays the discard methods. When the shuffle occurs, the remaining cards are topped, bottomed or plugged and then shuffled according to the current shuffle definition. CVBJ comes with one standard shuffle even if you have no CVShuffle license. A license is required to use or define additional shuffles.
