I was just wondering what is the definition of a "person" in this context?
Does it only cover customers of the gaming establishment or does
it also include employees or licensees of the gaming establishment.
If it does then by definition Mindplay cheating devices clearly must be illegal
to use by casinos since they are tracking the cards played or have they
been explicitly permitted by the Commission as stated further down.

They are not, period; go figure.
But apparently my eye-glasses may be.
