Bettie: Hollywood Dave/Casino Cinema/SpikeTV
Hey all! Be sure to tune into SpikeTV tonight to catch Hollywood Dave and few other contestants from the upcoming SpikeTV show "King of Vegas" as they host tonight's Casino Cinema with Steve Schirripa and Beth O. Tonight's movie is the classic "Ghostbusters" (back when Dan Akroyd was still funny and Bill Murray was still sexy), and you can watch the gang play casino games on behalf of home viewers.
Next week on Tuesday is the premiere of "King of Vegas," which I made a couple posts about before the auditions in October. I know several people who tried out, and you'll be able to watch two of the West Coast Grinders compete for the title.
You'll have to check your local listings for times on all of these, or go to the SpikeTV website for more info.

You mean the Casino Cinema, right? That's 'cause it's under the movie name each week. When Dave told us he was going to be on and that it was Wednesday night, I checked the online listings looking at least for a casino-related movie. When I saw it was "Ghostbusters" (II, actually) I figured I had the wrong night. Just shows how this country will gobble up anything casino-related, even if it's just watching some guys play for a few minutes each time a movie comes back on!
Though he did not win on behalf of his home viewer, Dave was his usual charming self. The guy who did win (Screwdriver? Corkscrew?) seemed like a bad cliche of a 50's "rocker," and he kept annoying me because all he did was talk louder than anyone else.
