CAPT XII: Re: "Crooked" dealing shoes

    >Bill Zender's book on casino cheating shows a gaffed shoe.
You most likely won't see this in regulated casinos, as it
is prima face evidence that the casino is involved. However
Bill lists 3 other ways for dealing seconds out of a shoe.
Dimples, blisters, and the slick and smooth operation. Yep
the casinos are in it here also; but not so easy to catch.
his descriptions are very good; but are there new ways ? ?

The mob was satisfied just cheating the govt. The corporations are willing to cheat everybody. Now the hue and cry is that they would not jeperdise their licence.
If the casino is losing, they will cheat; and if caught and
busted, a forced sale will bring more than a derilict casino.

How can we, as players, know if a BJ shoe is
    > "crooked"?
