    I would like to know if blackjack is beatable if:

    a) automatic card shufflers are used to shuffle

    b) the dealer wins ties

    These are the conditions i can choose from over here...

    There are several types of automatic shufflers. If it is the continuous type, it cannot be beaten by counting. See my post on the beginner's page (link below).

    > b) the dealer wins ties

    This is a killer unless there is some rule favoring the player to offset it (for example, blackjack pays 3:1). Otherwise, the house edge is too large to overcome by counting.
