MGP: Special Bonus Questions

Hello again,

I was updating my ca again, and I was wondering about how to apply special rules such as 6-7-8, 7-7-7, suited payoffs, etc. Do these bonuses apply after hands are doubled? How about after splits?

You're planning on doubling which totals: 13, 14, or 15??!! For the puny payoffs the bonuses offer, it couldn't possibly ever be right.

I know but I don't know what other bonus types there are out there. I saw the ones listed at Qfit, but it didn't specify and I'd just like to be as accurate as possible whether or not it changes the strategy. Do you know if they do?
