Cardkountr: Question for Cellini
In any of your surveillance meetings/manuals has there ever been any instructions or warnings concerning what a casino may or may not do with regard to divulging personal information of patrons which may be protected under Federal Privacy Laws?
Specifically is there any mention of potential restrictions or penalties a casino may face for sharing a players personal information with another casino or Griffin etc without the player being given an opt out option?
Thanking you in advance
Card.
