Maybe I am missing something, but if you use IE as your web browser it is quite simple to increase the font size. In your preferences there is a feature to change fonts and sizes. There is also a button available to instantly make larger or smaller all writing on the web pages that I have installed on the menu bar at the top along with favorites, history and such. The top bar is customizable up to about ten functions. So when the menus on the left is requiring more scutiny to decipher than is comfortable for our old eyes, you can just hit the "larger" button and voila, everything is bigger. Kinda like viagra for the eyes...
