.: 50 Flavors
here we go again (i messed up the first time). ok, so i put together Don's Catch 22 and Fab indices with David Morse's recommendations and there we have it (minus the overlapping): 50 indices. i didn't include any 10,10 indices, since i feel these plays should never be made (or not often...) in a casino. these are the indices that i'm working on for the RPC, and maybe they could help someone find a middle ground between learning full indices and the Ill. 18., especially if they play mostly hand-held games like me (DD). i can't assure anything about these indices, but all of Don's are included so the rest can't do any harm, right? you'll find that most of these group nicely and don't range over a wide TC spectrum, which make them easy to remember. just wanted to share some info:

Mat Sunderland: Re: 50 Flavors
Thanks for those "."
Is there something wrong with my computer - I can't see any indice numbers, just the situations where you might make a variation. Maybe I've got the wrong end of the stick. I'd be very interested in the indices for all these situations (I play 6deck, DAS, one card on split aces, double any hard total)

yeah well you would need different numbers for different count systems, rules, true count conversions, etc... the ones i use will probably not work for you (2 deck R-A, RPC), but with SBA you can generate any indices you like. glad you found them useful.
cheers.

Matt Sunderland: 14 vs 9,10
Thanks, your right I use Hi-Lo for my 6 deck game. The indices I'm most interested in are 14 vs 9,10.
Info I already have says 14 vs A stand at 9. I imagine vs 10 would be a little lower and against 9 a bit higher (same pattern as 15 & 16 vs...)
Regards
Matthew
