The game has been designed to attract serious Blackjack players and has got an extremely low 'house edge'. The catch is that you need to get the 'switching' decisions correct to benefit fully from the low casino advantage.
The game, currently installed in The Taj Mahal, Atlantic City, has an edge of 0.09% for correct 'switching' and 'basic strategy', taking into account the loss of ties on 17,18 & 19.
Even players who only 'switch' correctly a good proportion of the time, will benefit from a house edge of around 0.2-0.3%.
I am happy to provide the 'playing strategy' along with answers to any difficult 'switch' questions. Please send any enquiries to [email protected]
Finally, a new version has been recently created and the math has been done. This is likely to be the main version as it does not take ties and uses a unique rule not found in Blackjack before. The perfect playing edge in this new version is 0.16% - go to www.blackjackswitch.com after Sept 14th, to see the update and to play the new version with the new graphics.
