There is a casino in Cuba (maybe more than one)!
Only open for tourists, closed for nationals!
Some serious info about France: D9, no surrender, house advantage 0.6%. No games worth wile.
Generally you can say about Europe: The playable games are in the former eastern bloc countries.
Most of the good places still not burnt out are in the third world. Why are theese countries unserious if they have the best rules?

No casinos in Cuba. you can visit the Riviera hotel and see the gambling hall in the lobby. However there is no gambling in Cuba for the last fourty five years.

Parker: Virus alert
The computer you are posting from is infected with a virus that attaches a link to a porn site to all of your posts.
I've been deleting the link, but I thought you should know.
BTW, It was also my understanding that Castro closed all the Cuban casinos when he assumed power, although I'm certainly no expert on non-US conditions.

You are wrong. A Chinese player was robbed $20,000 several months ago when he walked out of a SRI LANKA casino taking a tuk-tuk.
