Mr Pro: Czech Republic
Hi there,
I'm making a trip to the Czech Republic in a few weeks. Has anyone been there recently and if so are they using Euro chips at their Blackjack tables as opposed to US dollars yet.
Also any ideas on the best places to play and the rules there etc. Many thanks
regards,
Mr. Pro

Shark: Re: Czech Republic
All Czech casinos that I visited, are using Euro chips. Benchmark rules are 6DK ENHC S17 DOA DAS ES10.Variations from benchmark that I have encountered were D9 and RSA. There have been discussions of cheating in several casinos in Prague on this board in the past. You should familiarize yourself with those posts. Shark

Garry Baldy: Re: Czech Republic
During my last visit there was ES against any dealer's card at Savarin casino. Warning: they work in cooperation with Casinos Austria International so getting blacklisted at Savarin can cause problems over all of Europe.
And listen to Shark - read all the posts regarding cheating there!
Luck.

Shark: Re: Czech Republic
Casino Palais Savarin is in Prague. Game is honest. I believe ESA was discontinued by this chain no later than October 2003.
Please check the link.
Garry, when was your last visit there?

Hello Guys,
Casino Palais Savarin is in the street Na Prikope, in the center of prague. I think ESA has been discontinued about 2 years ago. At least they did not have when I was there in 2002. But sometimes some Casinos introduce it for a short time, maybe as a promotion. I did not detect the typical heat of Casino Austria there. Games in KC and US-Dollars.
When have you been Garry?
