Best casino in the world for APs

So ... all things considered, what is the best casino in the whole world for Advanced players?

I've seen lists and tables showing the house edge for various places but in my opinion, the house edge (though a good guide and an important metric) is not necessarily a perfect indicator of the conditions for advanced players.

I know two [very low stakes] American (brick and mortar)
casinos where the rules are such that there is NO House Edge.
Do not bother to ask me where they are. The answers are, in effect, meaningless.

You're right, the house edge is only one of many factors, and I think people who are new to this venture focus too much on the game rules/house edge and don't realize yet that penetration and your spread, and the casino's tolerance, are even more important and can make up for a higher house edge. Table limits are also important if you are looking to widen your spread, either at the top end, or the bottom end. And comps and free play factor into your EV. What's best for smaller bankrolled players isn't necessarily best for larger bankrolled players, and what's good for part time, recreational advanced players isn't necessarily the same for people who depend on BJ for income. One of the things that makes this activity rewarding is how your game has to evolve as your skill and betting levels increase.

Based on what I hear here, it has to be the El Cortez in Vegas. Right?

El Commode is very good, if you can last, but certainly not the best.

Slacker, have you heard of one of the most popular names that the El Cortez goes by? I will agree that it looks pretty good on paper, however, there is just so much more that goes into it. Unfortunately, most will agree that due to other reasons, it is not among the top casinos, by far. I will say that it does serve its purpose.

El coretz is like a kitty cat that likes to pretend it's a lion. They will back you off at the drop of a hat. Often backing off players that have no idea what is going on...and for good reason... But I will say all of my backoffs have been polite. Just "No more blackjack", usually with a reference to your play being to good or your game too strong. I have been backed off on consecutive days and it was still polite. I was backed off in the men's room while using the urinal and THAT was polite. Classless but polite.

Okay, so you get a backoff but not a permanent _ban_ per se. Can probably live with that...

We must stick that scene in our next movie.
