Changing appearance helpful for ID at door?

If I've already been asked not to play somewhere that scans ID for every single patron on entry, would it be helpful at all to change appearance to try looking drastically different?

My hunch on this is "It depends."

If you've been "trespassed" then it wouldn't be impossible for a place to have your name on a list right there at the entry.

Heck, we don't even know if they have your name at this point. Did you give it to them? Was it only part of the ID scan?
There is no way of knowing whether a future scan at the door would nail you or not. My hunch is that it probably isn't worth the risk and hassle. Especially considering the potential issues cashing your chips if/when they notice you again. Dealing with confiscating hassles isn't fun (so I've heard)
