What is the difference between the simulator used by CVData standard sim and CVCX? Should they both produce identical results?

That's a bit complicated as there are actually six simulators, with very different coding. Generally yes with a simple sim with an enormous number of hands and no other players. Not quite when adding other players. CVCX does not allow you to specify how other players play. They play in what I've generally seen as the average casino player and is not the same as the CVData Average Player strategy. Also, with multiple hands, CVCX assumes you sit in the first seat and CVData allows you to specify in the multi-tracking simulator but assumes third base in the standard simulator. Also, CVCX has fewer options to define exactly how you calculate TC, which has a noticeable effect. Also when you recalculate. I'm sure there are other differences not occurring off the top of my head. But, they are all minor. If you see something not minor, send me an export.

i don't remember exactly. They are similar, just not exactly the same. You can see the CVData average player strategy as it is in the Basic Strategies folder.
CVCX has far fewer options in general, partly for simplicity for both the user and code. Also for speed. The CVCX one hand and two hand simulators are separate, very different modules.
