Only 22% of households in Manhattan have a car. Of course you could take the Path to Hoboken or a ferry to Jersey City and play in a bar. From Westchester, I suppose you could take the Tappan Zee and play in the middle of nowhere. From Long Island, it's a long drive with a couple of choices, both bad. Upstate, you may as well go to Canada, although there are real casinos a long drive for most anyhow. NYS is not a casino haven.

You have to play them all; they aren't cash in your pocket. So, as always, you can figure to lose three or four of those bets (more or less, depending on luck), and then you get to keep whatever cash is left.
