Here’s a scenario for you. Play a party pit with the wife or girlfriend. Play 1-4 blacks wonging out to socialize with other players when the count is low, while girlfriend (basically sitting on your lap) plays all 1-6 red chip counting the side bet - giving you an elbow to the ribs when the side bet becimes profitable.
