True but I wouldn't flood the market with them either. The value would drop to next to nil.

I just went to lulu.com and plugged in info to "create" a 300 page hardcover book. They'll do it for about $20/copy.

700 pages, not 300. And a lot of extras they add on when you purchase. I did a goofy book for my GF as a joke with 20 pages and it cost more than that.

Pretty sure ops copy is not original. There was an asshole selling it from UK on eBay. I reported to ebay. They basically said I need to sent it back to UK, and I have to pay for shipping.
IIRC, it was $80. I look on eBay periodically, just to report his sorry ass.

But eBay is very buyers friendly. You can just ship back to UK on seller’s cost of shipping and then get fully refunded. eBay surely protects the buyers’ every interest, not the sellers.

Wasn’t my experience….. paid >$70 bucks for shipping it back if I remember correctly.

I like eBay. But, take care. I have had good and bad experiences. Worst was when I bought a used, 80 pound laser printer. It should have been shipped in a wooden crate at that weight, the shipper neglected to seal the toner ports, and it was totally non-functional. When I opened it, it spilled toner all over my plush, white carpet. Toner is awful stuff. I wear a mask when I deal with it as it is bad for your lungs. Seller admitted it was a new guy that didn't know how to pack it and it was mistakenly listed as usable instead of parts only. He said I could return it. BUT, I would have had to buy a crate and get it shipped by freight. Never got my money back.
