Do you have a tendency to raise up "press a little" your standard unit bets when you are behind as a quicker way to hopefully turn a losing session around? On the same note do you lower that same standard unit bets when winning in hopes to preserve that win? If either is the case it could be an unnecessary emotional reaction getting in the way of playing a solid game.

I trust the math behind card counting but know little about ROR. I play for win, not for ruin for sure, so why bother to learn it. All of my past losses were when true counts were high and my bets were high too. A lot of times I just felt casinos cheated but you just did not have the evidence. it’s very hard to find good games now. Another problems for me is that I played poker and other casino games too. That was part of the losing.
