I don't know if a mask helps or not as to disguising identity. They still ask for a players card in Vegas if you play any level whatsoever. I mean if you could play red or light green at a place like Wynn, Bellagio or Caesars and "be under the radar", that would be great and work.............but the table minimums have been raised so much, not much of this play have I experienced post-Covid. I do like the mask where I can mutter the count or cuss to myself without anyone knowing.............LOL

Locally, it's crap. I agree with you on playing heads up and less crowded conditions. BUT to enter, they here now require a photo shot, mask lowered, with your ID and usually a temp check to enter. They claim for contact trace purposes but that's BS..............because how are you going to know who "passed" the virus at any particular time in a casino? You are only going to have a group of people that you might or might not associate with an outbreak. I truly believe it's just to make sure they have pics to go along with ID's. It's getting harder and harder and harder to play incognito. At least my opinion and YMMV.
