international is way, way more
domestic is significantly more

personal story - one time I was at the ticket counter of Austrian Airlines at Dulles airport

a passenger was at the counter screaming:

"you mean to tell me I paid $10,000 and you can't get me an aisle seat"

I was like whoa - you could get on the net and get a round trip ticket to Vienna for about $1K or even a little less



it was like he donated a used car to Austrian Airlines..........

Its better that you can get deals and fly on First Class. From what you are saying, I can tell you are not rich. I am not rich and I am not poor either. I can afford myself a First Class flight, though. $1300 ten years back was a lot of money to me but with the money I have today $1300 is not that much.
