Did anyone get backed off playing a 6 deck shoe? Does surveillance care about counters at a 6 deck shoe table or are they more concerned with double deck play?

As this is only your fourth post, you're excused. I would be reasonably sure that more counters have been backed off of 6-deck shoes than of all the other possibilities combined.

That's only because there are so many more 6 (or 8) deck shoes. If you look at incidence per table of backoffs of shoe vs. DD, I would expect DD backoffs are at least 10x higher and occur much quicker. Most experienced APs don't go near DD games for counting.

In one of the more popular surveillance data bases about 30% were due to play at DD. 6 Deck was most prevalent. 93% were men, 7% women.
Population 1,000 as of end of 2017
Luck is nothing more than probability taken personally!
